The next regular meeting of the Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District Governing Board on Tuesday, April 21, will be its  first  livestreamed on YouTube.

The virtual monthly board meetings will continue until stay-at-home orders are lifted by the state. A YouTube link will always be posted with the agenda 72 hours prior to regular board meetings and 24 hours prior to a special meeting.

Tuesday’s board meeting starts at 5:1 5 p.m. The agenda can be accessed at  https://go.boarddocs.com/ca/gcccd/Board.nsf/Public . A recording of the board meeting is available.

Meeting participants – board members, the chancellor’s cabinet and governance and labor leaders – will meet via Zoom, but entry to the meeting is restricted to prevent unwarranted interference. Public comments must be emailed to Michael Williamson, executive assistant to Chancellor Lynn Neault, at Michael.williamson@gcccd.edu no later than one hour prior to the start of the meeting.

All public comments will be reviewed by the board and included in the meeting’s record. The board president will review and organize public comments to be read aloud. Each member of the public is limited to one comment per meeting of no more than 4 minutes in length. Each topic is limited to 20 minutes, regardless of the number of public comments submitted.

Meetings start at 5:15 p.m. and are scheduled for the third Tuesday of each month through the summer.

More information on the district can be found at www.gcccd.edu
