The fax and/or modem line in the Printing/Duplicating Department is a public line NOT a private line. The GC P/DD's staff does not warrant or guarantee regarding the use or the result of the use of fax, modem or other electronic equipment in terms of its security. The entire risk as to the security of all exam(s) that are transmitted via fax, modem and other electronic equipment is assumed by you.
In NO event will GC P/DD's staff and directors, managers and/or employees be liable for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including the loss of exam(s) in transmission, incorrectly translated from fax to fax or modem to modem, and the like) arising out of an inability to properly transmit even if GC P/DD's staff has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
