Fall 2019 Hours of Operation

The fall semester takes place August 19 - December 16. The fall 2019 academic calendar can be found online.  Please check with individual offices and departments for operating hours, including campus closures and extended hours during the first two weeks of the semester.

Upcoming closures

  • The College Cashier and Student Services Offices in Bldg. 10 and 60 will close at noon, Monday, Dec. 23.
  • College and District Offices are closed Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2019, through Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020, for winter recess.

Extended Hours

Please note that we will have extended service hours in Bldg. 10 during the first two weeks of the spring semester for assistance with Admissions & Records, College Cashier, Counseling and Financial Aid.

Extended hours are in place Saturday, Jan. 25, through Friday, Feb. 7, with a return to regular hours on Saturday, Feb. 8.

  • Saturday: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. (Jan. 25, Feb. 1)
  • Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Jan. 27 - 30, Feb. 3 - 6)
  • Friday: 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. (Jan. 31, Feb. 7)
