Step 1

Using B as the center, draw a circular arc crossing the line segments BC and BA. The radius can be arbitrary but the larger the more accurate.

Step 2

Draw another circular arc cutting the red arc.

The center is as indicated and the radius should be more than half  of the length of the red arc.

Do not change the setting of your compass.

Step 3

Use the same compass setting as above to draw another arc as indicated.

It is very important that the radius of this arc is the same as the previous green one.

Step 4

Finally, draw a line connecting point B and the intersection of the two green arcs.

This line will be the angle bisector of angle ABC.
