ALLIED HEALTH & NURSING EVALUATIONS

STUDENT COMPONENT - NURSING EVALUATIONS
Nursing faculty teaching in a clinical setting have the following questions included in the student component of their evaluations:

PART-TIME CLINICAL NURSING INSTRUCTORS:

  • Nursing faculty teaching in a clinical setting will have students complete side 2 only of the provided scantron.

PART-TIME ON-CAMPUS OPEN SKILLS LAB NURSING INSTRUCTORS:

  • Nursing faculty teaching in the On-campus Open Skills Lab will have students complete side 1, questions 26-31 only of the provided scantron.

FULL TIME NURSING INSTRUCTORS:

  • For students that have nursing faculty teaching lecture only, have the students complete side 1, questions 1-25 only.
    • (Pertains to Nurs 130, Nurs 132, Nurs 220, Nurs 222 and Nurs 235)
  • For students that have nursing faculty teaching lecture, on-campus lab and are the student’s clinical instructor, have students complete all questions on both sides 1 and 2 of the provided scantron.
    • (Pertains to Nurs 120 and Nurs 230)
  • For students that have nursing faculty teaching lecture and on-campus lab only (not the student’s clinical instructor), have students complete side 1, questions 1-31 only.  A separate scantron will be provided for the student’s clinical faculty; this must be completed separately.
    • (Pertains to Nurs 120 and Nurs 230)
