As part of an ongoing year round professional development program the Classified Staff Professional Development Committee creates a special Convocation program for classified staff. The Committee invites keynote speakers and provides in service training in support of the Grossmont College Mission; providing an exceptional learning environment that enables diverse individuals to pursue their hopes, dreams, and full potential, and to developing enlightened leaders and thoughtful citizens for local and global communities.
