Grossmont College is committed to maximizing student success by ensuring students are assessed and placed in an appropriate starting Math class. With the passage of AB 705, assessment and placement criteria has changed to consider performance data as the primary measure to determine student readiness. AB 705 ensures students have access to transfer-level courses and are able to complete them within a one-year time frame.
