The Canvas 24/7 Support Line is a new service offered to faculty and students who may need assistance with access or in using Canvas.
Take special note that there is no on-campus Canvas support for students. If your students are having login or technical issues with Canvas, they will need to call the Canvas 24/7 Support Line as well. Make sure and put this number in your syllabus.
