Step 1: Eligibility

Grossmont College students with verified disabilities which impact learning are eligible for services.

Eligible students must:

  • Be enrolled at Grossmont College
  • Have a disability which impacts education
  • Provide verification of disability

 


Verification


Verification of disability must specify a disability diagnosis and may include:

  • Medical records
    (discharge paperwork, provider letter, etc.)

  • Agency records
    (Veterans Affairs, Regional Center, Department of Rehabilitation, etc.)

  • Educational records
    (most recent Individualized Education Plan [IEP], 504 Plan, etc.)

  • Other college/university records
    (verification of disability form)

If you do not have existing verification of disability, you may ask your licensed provider to complete an A.R.C. Verification of Disability form.


Submit your verification of disability to the A.R.C.:
