The Office of Professional Development at Grossmont College provides professional learning opportunities to faculty, staff, and administrators that directly support the college's strategic priorities and mission. The Office of Professional Development operates within the Office of College Planning and Institutional Effectiveness (CPIE), with oversight from the Dean of Student Success and Equity.
