In Fall 2015, the College Wide Professional Development Committee collaborated with James Marshall Consulting to conduct a systematic needs analysis.
Our intent was to identify, then prioritize, professional development investments—and thus approach the ongoing development of campus human resources in data informed and strategic ways to help frame and develop a comprehensive professional development program for faculty, staff, and administration.
