Grade Rosters

Grade rosters will list every student officially enrolled in your class. Each student listed MUST receive a grade. All grade rosters MUST be submitted online by the date printed in the class schedule.

Instructor Grade Rosters

To submit an instructor grade roster please use the following step-by-step instructions:

Important: You must have completed your Census Drop Roster before you proceed.
  1. Login at and click on "Faculty" Login
  2. From the faculty menu, select "Grade/Pos Attendance Rosters" Rosters
  3. Select the appropriate term and click on "Submit"
  4. Select the course by checking the box next to the course. Course and then choose the appropriate "status type" and click on submit:
  1. Enter the student's grades in the grade field. Please note that if the student has P/NP elected then please only enter a P (Pass) or NP (No Pass) grade.
    Valid Student Grades are: 
    A+,A,A-,B+,B,B-,C+,C,D,F or P/NP

    Incomplete Grades should be
    noted as:

    IF,IP or INP (The second grade
    being the grade the student would
    get if they did not complete the
  2. After entering the grades please check to confirm that all grades are entered correctly by checking the box and click on Submit.
  3. Congratulations! You have successfully processed your grade roster. If you made a mistake, please contact Lisa Lundgren in the Admissions and Records office.

Grade Roster FAQ's


  • I made a mistake when I submitted my grades, how do I fix this?  If you made an error after you submitted your grades on WebAdvisor, you will need to stop by the Admissions and Records office and speak with Laura in person.
  • Why am I not able to submit my grades?   If your not able to submit grades at the end of the term, you might not have submitted your census rosters. Please contact Lisa Lundgren for further assistance.
